Robinson notches 11th-place finish in Pittsburgher prelim at PPMS
After a weekend rainout in Indiana, Ross Robinson reunited with the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) at Pittsburgh PA Motor Speedway (Pittsburgh, PA) on Friday night for the two-day Pittsburgher.
Following a fifth-to-third heat showing, Robinson rolled to a consistent 11th-place finish in the 30-lap opener.
On Saturday, Ross squeezed into the $50,000-to-win Pittsburgher with a third-place finish in his heat race. Lined up on the sixth row, Robinson surrendered two positions in the 70-lap affair to finish 13th.
