Robinson records Top-10 finish in Billy Winn Classic

On Friday evening, Ross Robinson was one of 31 Late Models entered at Bedford Speedway (Bedford, Pa.) for the annual Billy Winn Classic. With a heat race victory placing him on the pole for the $12,086-to-win A-Main, Robinson dropped six spots in the 50-lap affair to register a seventh-place finish. (Jason Walls photo | WRTSpeedwerx)

The following night at Port Royal Speedway (Port Royal, Pa.), Ross jumped up one postion in his heat race to finish second. With $3,000 on the line in the feature, Robinson was an early retiree from the 25-lapper on the 10th circuit.
