Robinson runner-up in Mid-Atlantic Championship at Georgetown
The annual Mid-Atlantic Championship weekend brought Ross Robinson and company to Georgetown (DE) Speedway on Friday afternoon for the doubleheader event.
With Ross, his wife Amanda, and Matt Hill making starts in a Dutchstar Motorsports entry, Ross raced into Saturday’s main event with a runner-up finish in his heat behind Amanda while Hill crossed line in fourth in his heat race.
Chasing a $7,000 payday in Saturday’s main event, Hill’s night was over after the opening lap while Ross and Amanda grabbed Top-5 finishes. Ross recorded a runner-up finish in the 40-lapper with Amanda finished fourth.
